A message from Reverend Darryl (June 2013)-

Dear all, we are settling in nicely in Pateley Bridge and the boxes are almost all unpacked now. We all wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for a really special send off and the generous gifts we received from you. We love sitting on the bench looking over at the other side of the valley and we think of you all often. The beautiful picture given to us by St John's is currently getting framed and we are looking forward to hanging it in its place soon. It was a privilege to minister in the Parish of Knaresborough with a great team of colleagues and to such wonderful people, thank you for the opportunity. We look forward to seeing you soon. Many thanks once again,

Darryl, Sharon, Thomas and William.

Parish Player's Pantomime 2012

Many thanks to everyone who supported this year's Parish Player's Pantomime, 'Ali Baba and the 4 Tea Thieves.' We were taken on a journey of romance, comedy and thriller as we came to know, love and love to hate the characters. Thanks to Sue and Hilary Mawhinney for directing the unruly cast, to Geoff Ward for props and staging, to Richard Charters for his excellent accompaniment on the piano and to Sarah Ward for the following photographs. Thank you to all the cast and for those who often drift by without mention but who nonetheless play an integral part in making the panto so memorable. From the Pie-man (AKA Rev. Darryl).

with special thanks to Sarah Ward for permission to use these photographs.
